1. Operate Safely in Own Work Environment. You’ll will learn to navigate your work environment safely by identifying and adhering to organisational policies. This includes executing work tasks with a safety focus, conducting pre-start checks, and actively participating in incident response following organisational procedures.

2. Operate Safely within Requirements of Own Role. This section emphasizes individual roles in maintaining a safe work environment. You will learn to direct safety-related queries appropriately, identify, record, and report role-specific hazards, and implement workplace health and safety instructions and policies. We’ll also cover reporting incidents and injuries in accordance with organisational protocols.

3. Participate in Workplace Health and Safety Consultative Processes. Focusing on fostering a safety culture, you’ll be equipped to actively engage in workplace meetings, inspections, and consultative activities. You will develop skills to identify and report Workplace health and safety hazards, contributing to actions that minimize workplace hazards and reduce associated risks in collaboration with the organisation.
